The combination of PEEK polymer and various degrees of carbon fiber produce a material that is lightweight and high in stiffness and strength. Although the thirty percent filled product is the most common, there has been an increase in the higher percentages that include continuous long fiber and woven fiber that can account for fifty or sixty percent of the product’s mass.
